Michelin star chef Shuhei Sawada uses plenty of seasonal ingredients to express the essence of authentic Chinese cuisine. Our restaurant is a casual restaurant that inherits Sawada-ism based on the philosophy of "delivering delicious Chinese food to as many people as possible."
