Since opening the store in Shinjuku in 1948, it has been the first branch of "Torishige" that has inherited the taste and challenged innovation. Inheriting the belief of Yushi Sakamaki, the third-generation store owner, that "I want customers to have memories", the taste that Mr. Hashimoto, who has trained for about 20 years at the store, has long loved is reproduced. Torishi originated in Japan for "Pepper meat stuffing," which uses pride of sauce that has been used for 70 years since its foundation. There are also many fans who often go there for the taste. In addition, "liver" and "joshiroyaki" are flavors that overturn the concept of yakiton. All of them are made by knowing the ingredients so they are finished with exquisite baking.
