The theme is "Ocean to table". We will provide fresh seafood from all over Japan that we visited directly, with a novel arrangement unique to owner and chef Takashi Furuta, who is also the son of a sushi restaurant. The seafood delivered directly from Uwajima in Ehime and the Goto Islands in Nagasaki is all proud of "Japan quality" where you can directly feel the vitality of life. The "Ocean Plate", which has a vivid finish of such seasonal tastes prepared by various cooking methods, is a specialty you should definitely try.
