Using various pork from Japan and overseas, we propose new eating styles and styles by utilizing the skills cultivated in French. The tonkatsu in the signature menu does not let oil pass for a few seconds because pork before frying is slowly cooked at low temperature. Therefore, with a gentle fire, the inside will be soft and moist like rare.
